From Boston via 93 North:
- Proceed to exit 36 (Montvale Ave/Stoneham/Woburn)
- Keep left at the fork in the ramp. (At the bottom of the exit ramp, you will see the entrance to Unicorn Park across Montvale Ave. to your right.)
- At the bottom of the exit ramp, take a right onto Montvale Ave. Then take your immediate first left at the lights onto Unicorn Park Drive.
- 500 Unicorn Park is the 5th building in the park (all buildings are clearly marked). Park anywhere around the building.
- Take elevators to Beacon which is located on the 4th floor. Take a right from bank of elevators down to end of corridor.
From New Hampshire via 93 South:
- Proceed to exit 36 (Montvale Ave/Stoneham/Woburn)
- Take a left onto Montvale Avenue at the end of exit ramp at lights.
- Proceed under the overpass, past the first set of lights.
- Take a left at the second set of lights into Unicorn Park (Mobil Station is on right).
- 500 Unicorn Park is the 5th building in the park (all buildings are clearly marked). Park anywhere around the building.

From 128 to 93 South:
- Take Route 128/95 to Route 93 South.
- Proceed to the first exit, exit 36 (Montvale Ave).
- Take a left onto Montvale Avenue at the end of exit ramp at lights.
